• ₹99 standard delivery charge on orders below ₹2,499

8. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to request a cancellation.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if a customer receives a product that is damaged, incorrect, tampered with, or has a genuine quality issue, they may contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so that we can assess the issue.
